It's All About the Guys!

Seth joined his brother, father and Heather's father for a fun weekend in Charleston, SC. I was told that they lost somewhere around 40 golf balls during one round of 18 holes. Apparently it was either a tough course (as they say) or the men need some more practice time. :)

This Weekend....

Seth is off to Charleston, SC this weekend to have a boys' weekend with his brothers and dad along with Heather's dad. Matt and Heather (pictured...I love this one of them!) are getting married on October 11th. We are looking forward to this exciting event and can't wait to see everyone!

Much needed vacation....

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing vacation to Seattle, where Seth's Uncle Dave and Aunt Kathy gave us a taste of everything that makes this place so great. They pulled out all the stops and made us feel very welcome in their home. Dave was the perfect tour guide and Kathy can look like I've never tasted before. Thank you for such a memorable week! One valuable lesson to take from this experience....if ever traveling to this area, pack lots of fleece!!!


This area has everything....mountains, waterfalls, beaches, and best of all....STARBUCKS! We did all of the fun touristy stops and also hiked in the Cascade mountains.

This was taken in front of the Parliament building in Victoria, British Columbia. We also ventured into Vancouver, BC to get a feel for how the Canucks handle things and where the 2010 winter olympics are going to be held.
